OK Truff I am glad I am not imagining things, I noticed the Kate/Sawyer walk through the kitchen was cut out (didn't notice Eko/Locke's conv. right away but you're right there too). I kept rewinding the scene where they come outside (had to tape both shows since I was out)

Also, I re-wound every Kate FB scene in WKD and for the life of me, can't figure out "what Kate really did." It's bothering me especially since I can't get into OWA (still!)... I *will* figure this out though!!! (I need to figure something out around here, I'm feeling like the dunce :dunce: 'round these parts!!!)

The pilot had a bunch of deleted scenes, some of which by deleting them changed the course of the relationships on the island. Perhaps they shot the Claire and Danielle scene, then decided they didn't want the "save you" part to be part of the plot.

The pilot goes on talking about his mom and some guy named Bernard.
I was thinking... Is it possible that Bernard could be the same Bernard that was on the plane? Or is it more likely that would have just been a red herring or whatever?

I am deathly afraid of flying. I have a fear of dying in a plane crash.
I think I've felt this way since I saw "La Bamba".
I've only flown maybe 4 times tops, and all of them I thought for sure my number was gonna be up. Especially the last flight I took, an Airtran flight from Boston to Philly, and I swear the pilot was drunk or falling asleep cause I thought we were gonna go into a barrel roll when we took off and landed.
Then 9/11 happened. Now there is no way in hell I'm setting foot on an airplane EVER again. By land or by sea - that's the way to go for me.

It's weird - I've flown a lot and I always hated it. I was scared to death. After 911 happened, I didn't think I'd be able to fly again, and I didn't for a couple of years.

Then I got a chance to go spend time with a friend who lives on the Oregon coast. I'm in Ohio, and I LOVE the ocean. I decided to go, but there was no way I could have enough vacation time to drive that far and still spend time there. So I booked my flight. And for the first time ever I flew alone. And of course, I couldn't get a direct flight, I had to fly Cleveland to Phoenix, then change planes and fly Phoenix to Portland. Over seven hours of time in the air, by myself. I wasn't sure I could get on the plane.

I did, and by the time I got to Portland, my fear of flying was completely gone. I've flown several times since then, both with people and by myself. It no longer bothers me a bit. I don't get it, but I'm glad it worked out that way, because I love to travel!

He jams with Steve Jones when he is in LA - I heard they were on a radio show there, early morning thing. He likes country music. He spends his time in Hawaii searching for interesting guitars in little shops all over Oahu.

I do agree with you there. That's why I wanted to see it lighter, to check, lol. Probably not important, but I know we still have in the back of our heads the thought of what she really did... You know, tucked in behind hanso mobile, big black stripes, etc. :p
