It happened when were were passing the solar system of the third star of Orions Belt. We were transporting "smokey" alien life forms when they escaped from their containment pods and infiltrated our engine compartment. This caused an Electro-Magnectic burst which increased our speed to light speed X2, but then quickly destroyed all our engines. I felt we had no choice but to make a crash landing on our home planet of Earth. We covered up the USS Enterprise with a layer of soil so as not to scare anyone. It wasn't until later we realized that we had jumped back in time to the 21st century. So as to not disturbe the time-continuum, we decided to stay put until the inhabitants found us. We did start an emergency broadcast of the intergalacticly accepted distress numbers, but for some reason we got no response. Recently, while we were conducting maintenance on one of the warp drives. We were careful not to conduct the tests during any scheduled flights of the ancient inhabitants of Earth, but it seems one strayed into our exhaust plume, which seemed to result in a very hard landing of the craft. We are now closely monitoring them, as they seem very hostile. We have attempted to bring the occupants into our camp a few at a time to educate them why we are here, and to detirmine why they decided to land on our soil covered starship. Many have accepted our hospitality, but other have become violent to my crew and to themselves. This has resulted in loss of life to a few of my crew and also among the occupants. Personally I see the OWA vs. KCSP as two feuding friends. They argue, they don't like each other, but they like us, and we like both of them. They don't like that we like the other one, but that's the truth, and they gotta face it. One side "forcing" us to choose means we'd choose the other side, and they know that and they don't want that, so they live with our "we love everyone"-ness.

Of course, Doc and Snowman vs. Alvar is a different matter:rolleyes:

I have been, as they say, out of the loop for a few weeks.....All I know is that I did read the whole HODAG incident. Turns out I was a PAWN in the whole mess.

It was I who first posted the image on the tailsection.com website.....

Seabass (HODAG, although I didn't know it)....responded to my posting of the image with the message concerning steganography and my getting his friend in trouble.

I suppose Seabass.HODAG was trying to provide me with the staganogaphy clue.......this was probably much sooner than when he finally gave it to truff.....sorry truffula, I should have posted the whole message his responses from tailsection.....and perhaps we could have uncovered all of this sooner.

From now on, anything that happens on fuselage or tailsection.....if it strikes me as curious, I will make sure I post it on losttv-forum.com

Nonetheless, I am less generous in regard to Hodag's little prank.....While it was imaginative and very creative, it left me with a bad taste in my mouth. I mean, if I can't trust this to be legit as authentic as it looked, then how can i trust anything that doesn't come from either Hanso, Oceanic-air, or the official ABC site.

I will still be chatting with all of you, but my exploration of all other "hoax" sites is probably going to be very limited. I will read, but probably not post.

I think I will go back to trying to figure out what is going on by watching the episodes and using what little brain I still have.

I will continue to at least read the e-mails from OWA and Marvin Candle ( I find them curious, because at least some of what they report seems to be accurate ).

So I'm watching the Pilot again... I'm assuming most of you have seen the part when Turbine Man gets sucked up into the engine and you see the black shadow thing drop from the sky, hit the engine and it blows and you see it fly back up into the sky....
If you watch the Pilot, they are all over the beach/crash site.
Since we've seen the black shadow/smoke before, and I think that's what Danielle was talking about being the security system, do you guys think it's possible they (they being the black smoke/shadow security system) brought the plane down as part of HF/DI studies???

Ah, the return of the Flappy Black Crap.
This was discussed ad nauseum, and it was concluded that it is NOT the monster, it's just debris. There are plenty of other shots where FBC appears before the Explosion, check out Jack first walking across the beach after he sees the crash. FBC all over. I too was fooled by this at first, and I went on a screencap frenzy trying to find other FBC. I can post the images of the FBC when I get home if yal are still talkin bout this.
Just thought I might try to save yal some unnecessary arguements, that's all.
