Well, I think I started a good morning post earlier and got summonsed by the boss, so I will say good morning now:) I'm loving the cow chronicles, and that was hilarious dix, you friend did a great job. I will try to develope more post whoring self-control, I totally hear you lab. However, you guys may not hear from me much, as I usually have a hard time finding intelligent things to say, you are all so smart. (That is why I post here the most, it doesn't have to be AS intelligent:) I think one thing that has happened it that a lot of the chat has moved to bork, which I have to admit, I have gotten addicted as well.

lisa, it's not that bad. Really, it used to be worse before folks got the hang of it. But there has been some outright whining and begging for miles, which is kind of obnoxious and I give VM credit for ignoring it.

Also, there has been a massive amount of info thrown out (lengthy passages copied from sources) without any real thought about how or even if it relates. Sometimes that is not a bad idea, it may get someone's mind moving in the right direction. But there should be some reason for posting it, it shouldn't be random.

Also, most of it is uncredited, which is maddening. In fact, I'm gonna go post about that now.

Damn way to all psyche me up, Borky. :D But it needs to be MEANINGFUL. :D

Like yesterday I was watching a rerun of ER and Michael was on it. And he said "my boy" and I laughed. :D Then he talked about how "his boy" lived with his mom. I laughed again. THEN the next episode after that, Walt was on!!! So that means Michael, Walt, and Jin have been on ER.

Whew being normal takes a lot of effort. :D

So yesterday we were outside playing with the dog (me, BF, his brother). And my BF got the football stuck in a tree. So he went inside, got a Swiffer mop to get the football out of the tree and got THAT stuck in a tree. Then, he decided to use the basketball to get them out of the tree. Guess what happened? :D So then he went and got a picket fence post and managed to get the basketball out of the tree. Not before the fence post almost banged him upside the head. I had tears running down my cheeks it was so funny. :D

Claire probably has Oneirophobia - fear of dreams -- since her nightmares came true

Jin is a prime candidate for Soceraphobia - fear of parents-in-law

Shannon likely had Novercaphobia - fear of one's stepmother

Boone likely had Climacophobia - fear of stairs or of climbing or falling down stairs (remember "Teresa fall up the stairs, Teresa fall down the stairs")

Gotta go check this out since I have no idea what you're talking about.

You had to be here to see how funny it was...there is a thread BURIED in GD (I forget what it was called or I'd search for it) all about the FBC.
People were SURE it was Smokey swoopin in and blowin up the plane, but it was just debris, I personally capped FBC in several other shots in the opening scene, just to make sure.
But the funny thing was, it WOULD NOT DIE...every few days someone would stumble into that thread and say "No, it is Definitely the Monster" and it would go back and forth...then after a few days, someone ELSE would come in...and it went on and on and on and on....

Hi All!

The FBC -flappy black crap- is/are pieces of black rectangular material that fly off of the fuselage as it falls and the engine explodes, etc. from the pilot episode. Also noted were "faces" in the smoke toward the beginning of the pilot, but I think you have to pause the frame to see them...

You get promo's during commercials?... if you only got a promo at the end of the ep (like me), you could watch the DVD... and then, because it should end earlier than the ABC ep (b/c no commercials), you'd still be able to catch whatever promo's at the end :p

With the rerun, it'll be hard to tell exactly when they're gonna play a promo (if even new at all). I would like to think it'd be either at 10 or 11pm right at the end of one of the eps.
I'm leaning towards them not showin a NEW promo. We'll still get to see the one from last week again (sorry yal in Canada that didn't get it before), but I can see that on www.lostlinks.net if I want to see it again.

So, could this be it?? My decision made??
Me thinks so.....DVDs it is :)
