Rose, inorder to get both on the internet, you will have to get an ethernet switch or router. The switch is cheaper and requires very little setup (mostly just plugging in the cat 5 cables and the power cord). A router is more involved and may actually be more than it sounds like you need.

Rose - With DSL you can have as many computers on as you wish. If you are going wireless it is a matter of getting the cards installed. If you are being wired, the company will supply a modem which you can put a single computer into, or you can get a broadband router which you plug into the modem and plug you computers into that (you will need network cards -newer computers will usually have them). I picked up a router at compUSA before I moved out here for about $25 that 4 computers can hook into. I have since gotten a number of switches that can split off 24 computers each, but I doubt you would need anything like that (this place is wired for about 40 computers). You're gonna love DSL, quite the difference.
