LMAO Kath and VA!! My oldest sister has problems with her oldest kid... he just loves being helpful in the morning. When he was about 2.5, maybe 3, my brother-in-law heard him doing stuff in the kitchen at like 6am, and went down to investigate. What he found, was coffee grinds all over the counter and leading to the garbage, along with water everywhere. My nephew, being oh-so-helpful, had tried to make them coffee - and knew how to do it! He'd emptied out the old grinds, filled the machine with water, and then put new grinds in. To prevent him from trying this again, they hid the coffee from him. Not to be diverted from his goals, my nephew did it again the next morning.... but, because he couldn't find the coffee, he just used sugar instead... lol

That other attorney has 3 months probation or he is fired (the one whose brief I had to redo). This is probably why ILE has declined my offer for her secretarial services. she knows that I will be on her case for borking-while-working.....
