Lost' Star Rodriguez Faces DUI Trial
Thu Dec 29, 5:22 PM ET
Two stars from the ABC show "Lost" waived their court appearance on Thursday for their drunken driving cases.
Michelle Rodriguez, who plays Ana Lucia on the show, is scheduled to go to trial on March 30 for the DUI case. Her attorney pleaded not guilty for Rodriguez.
Prosecutors said they are looking at the arrest as a second case. People Magazine reports she pleaded no contest to three misdemeanors in Los Angeles last year, including a DUI and hit-and-run.
Rodriguez was also ticketed in October for driving 90 mph in a 35 mph zone in Haleiwa. Records show she also did not have auto insurance.
Cynthia Watros, who plays Libby on the show, will plead guilty to the DUI charge at an appearance in court on Jan. 12, according to her attorney.
The two were arrested on drunken driving charges early in the morning on Dec. 1. They were in separate car; one following the other, when they were stopped, according to sources.
