SPOLIERS reasons I think Jack and Sayid are the most likely to die! Highlight the text below to read them!
Jack:
1.)Was intended to die in the pilot. JJ promised producers he would stay THROUGH SEASON 1! After that he said they made no promises…
2.)We don't need a surgeon. He can't do major surgery on anyone on the island because of blood loss and infection. Locke, Sayid and Kate probably have the skills needed to treat minor surgical problems due to background (survivalist, military, ???). Sun is the official medicine woman.
3)Has already had two episodes and IS GETTING A THIRD BEFORE THE END OF THE SEASON. Kiss of death IMO.
4.)Won the award for best actor this season. Did JJ tell them he wouldn’t be back? Is that why he got it this season, because it was now or never?
5.)Not really fulfilling a leadership role (reluctant leader). Sayid or Locke, possibly even Sawyer would be able to take over his position.
Sayid reasons:
1.) Knows too much. Way too much to live and not be Locke.
2.) Has an establish career as an actor, so costs more and can get other roles.
3.) Takes risks
4.) Technical skills are of little use on the island. Unless we find more electronics. Granted he could be the island cop.
5.) Shannon and Sayid are not likely to work out as a couple. Too different. Thus Sayid will have no girl.
