Just to let you know the new podcast is out on the abc website. Thought some of you might be interested as there hasn't been a new podcast in quite a while now. I haven't listened to it yet but the summary says the producers talk about the upcoming episode, and have a feature on the lost music score.

How much do they talk about the next episode?

Is it spoilerific or are they like "in the next episode the losties will still be on the island acting unconcerned".

They very vaguely discuss the general themes of the episode, and say which characters backstory is being shown. No real spoilers though.
