ok well i noticed there's a bunch of btvs/ats fans here so i figure we can all congregate in this thread to discuss anything dealing with buffy the vampire slayer and the spinoff, angel. :D

for me, i love it6 ish..when i saw the early buffy reruns on FX. i was hooked..(angel and buffy) except angel s4 ;)

my fave character...hmm..probably buffy and angel..haha.
least faves: evil willow, dawn, sometimes anya, sometimes faith, cordelia (except end of btvs s2 and s3)

fave ship: definitely buffy/angel although sometimes im torn between that and spike/buffy (believe it or not..)

Anyone else worried they're anticipating all sorts of horrific, painful possibilities for the Lost characters solely because there's no Joss Angst-fest out there?

At some point or another I had an idea that this would sort of in a small small way be taking the place of Buffy/Angel, in the supernatural/drama sense.

I miss Angel soooooo much! I still can't believe they cancelled it, there was so much more to tell, do, and with Spike joining the cast, I thought it would go on forever.

I'm scared to get hooked on LOST---too late, already am---I dont want to see it cancelled. GASP!

Yeah I SO miss "Buffy" and "Angel" and thought id hate tv for the rest of my life as tv just sucks at the moment, but omg is "Lost" so good!! I'm totally hooked now, yay!!!! I really missed not having a show to look forward to each week after "angel" got cancelled but not anymore hehehe I love this new series !!! :D

yes, its great to have a show to look forward too. I liked Angel more than Buffy, it was more mature and kind of dark. Of course Buffy was more funny. And Spike's legendary one-liners had me rollin'. "Happy meals with legs" is one of my favorites.

Hey didn't David Fury (a former writer of buffy and angel) write "Walkabout"?? i liked the show and then when i saw that I LOVED the show...hee hee... It was great to have that writing style back on the tele... can't wait for more! :eek

Yeah, between Joyce selling me painkiller and that floating doll in the water moment making me think Drusilla could be the monster, I'm starting to feel more at home on the island all the time!

Hahaha, that is so true! Lol, I remember seeing that commercial..but I forgot it was during Lost and I didn't connect it to the dolls either. I feel ashamed. lol.

Well hey, that's a possibility. *LOL* :lol But what did ever happen to her? She kinda just disappeared off of both of the shows and never came back for one great psychotic farewell... does anyone know?

Hmmm last I remember she was burned by Angel then went to Spike where he tried to kill her...and then she was disappointed that Spike changed so she left.

She sort of came back but as a form of The First in season 7 if I remember right... but I think the "Crush" episode was her final farewell.

Okay, I may be going a bit too far with this, but does the guy in that Best Buy commercial (which I assume some of you also see) remind anybody else of the gay football player from one of the early Buffy seasons?

Hmm I dimly recall seeing that guy on a Best Buy commercial...I think it was the same person (Larry, right? heheh he was hilarious)

Here's a question, which buffy or angel actor would you most like to see on lost ... other than Daniel Dae Kim ofcourse!

I'd like to see Mercedes McNab, Amber Benson or Tom Lenk.

Hmm I don't know...its so hard to see them other than what they were on Buffy and it would be really weird if they were on Lost. But I think either Amy Acker or Alexis Denisof based solely because I know they're fantastic at acting and they could pull it off, and make us believe that they're NOT Fred and Wesley anymore. Hehe.

Angel repeats on TNT at 4p CST every weekday and just restarted from season 1 episode 1. Catch it if you can. They run through all 5 seasons. Good stuff.

Did you purchase the DVD box sets? I love them...I get to watch any ep anytime I want...I'm only waiting on Buffy S7 and Angel S5 to come out..and my collection will be complete (unfortunately :( no more)

Did you notice that Charlie's brother was named Liam? Hahahaha, just like Angel's name before he was sired. Just another Buffy reference from Lost to add to our growing list.
