I really enjoyed watching the first couple of seasons of Smallville and stuck around for season 3...I totally ditched the show for LOST. Anyone else out there tired of the same old same old with Smallville?!!?
I don't have enough time to watch Smallville and hope the stories will improve. I'll give the superior LOST my attention now.....

I really liked Smallville, but ever since LOST, I've forgotten about it. It isn't intersting anymore. I'm tired of Lana and Clark going back and forth. I also think Clark looks way to old to still be in high school.|I
Never seen an episode of "Smallville" and as long as "Lost" is on at 8:00 p.m. Eastern on Wednesday nights, I won't...:)

The show has gone too far from its start. Any body with half a brain would have busted him as an alien by now. He's always rescuing some one in the middle of nowhere, and they never ask them when they are walking 20 miles back home why he did not drive to their rescue. Not to mention he always takes the door off of the building and throws in across a field. The cops never ask "So Clark, when you got here there wasn't a door on this building? Seems odd the evil Doctor would pick a warehouse that doesn't even have a door.....hmmmmmm"

I'm still taping Smallville, but I definatly watch Lost instead, and wouldn't mind if I had to miss episodes of Smallville to see it. Smallville has gone downhill, and this season is being even worse.

I just can't give up on Smallville yet. It is nowhere near as good as it was during it's first couple of seasons and I do roll my eyes at it a lot, but I still enjoy it. At the moment, I watch Lost and tape Smallville, but if I had to choose between the two, Lost would definitely win.

I have a friend taping it for me but I have yet to watch an episode. Frankly, I think bringing Lois Lane into the picture was a BAD idea. They're reaching for storylines now.

I still watch Smallville, I tape it. And I am totally stoked that Jensen Ackles is on the show, I loved him as Alec in Dark Angel.
i switch to it during commericials on lost. I watched smallville over lost for the first two eps...but when i caught the pilot on the saturday replay...i was hooked. Smallville wasn't doing enough to keep my interest...but lost was.

to be honest. I rarely watched Smallville ... only really watched the ones the Late Christopher Reeve was on as Dr.Swann, that I HAD to see.

The first season of Smallville was AWESOME! But somewhere along the lines the producers started to stray from the good stuff and now it's just like every other teen drama on the WB. :x I'll still watch the tape but I don't think I can handle it.

Smallville started out great...the season one finale is one of the best season finales i've ever seen for ANY show...but then things just started going down...and down...and down...they can't commit to any changes in the show (chloe miraculously alive, clark still pining for lana, lionel luthor suddenly free of his life threatening illness and probably never going to make it to death row like he should...). that being said, i still watch..i'm fortunate where i am, that while i watch Lost at 8, one of the local UPN affiliates here shows Smallville at 10...so i don't have to miss either one.

Spoilers here, if you care...
Episode #6 in the current season was cool, but the new ep was badbadbaaaad and boring like 99 per cent of Smallville.
That being said, I didn't watch a single episode in season 3 except the finale - which was quite good.
I agree with jekelish, the plot is not comic-like, but silly to say the least. I thought it's going to get interesting when Lois Lane arrived, while Chloe and Lana were gone, but of course they came back... |I

I could never give up Smallville. I swore I wasn't going to even watch lost because I didn't want to get stuck with 2 shows on at the same time. However I watched the first 2 episode Saturday repeat and then I had to watch everyweek.
Thank god for modern technology. What I do is watch Smallville with a friend of mine and tape Lost and watch it later with my fiance when he gets home from football because he likes to watch it too.

I tape it, but don't always watch it. It's gotten silly most of the time.

Latest ep:
Lana was quite cool as a witch. Now she's back to her annoying self...great.
But the episode was really silly. And Erica Durance is a worse actress than anyone around her. Way to go Lois...

Yeah it was a pretty cool episode. I like Lois though because Lana annoys me.

I try to tape Smallville while watching Lost, but I think I've only watched it twice this season.
I love the cast, love the premise, but sort of just lost interest in it this year.
