Hi there! I'm new here. This is my first post and here I am asking for help already. Slowpoke that I am, I did not catch on to this show until the fifth episode but I was hooked from that moment. So you can imagine my immense joy when I learned ABC was planning to repeat the episodes from the beginning during the agonizing hiatus.
However, I've discovered that my local affiliate is going to pre-empt (at least) the first hour on 12/15/04. This is not the first time they've preempted a Lost repeat (last time it was in favor of an old Clint Eastwood movie - "For a Few Dollars More"). Anyway - I was devastated by this news and I'm asking that anyone who is willing and able, email WPLG's programming department and ask them to reconsider pre-empting these repeats of Lost. The email form to contact their programming department can be found at www.local10.com/contact/index.html. (http://www.local10.com/contact/index.html.)
I don't know if this will do any good at all but I'd really appreciate the effort and I'd be happy to return the favor to anyone having a similar problem with their local affiliate.
I'm a long time X-Phile and I've really missed having such an innovative show to speculate on. I don't post a lot but I do love LOST-TV.com so much. Thanks.
