hello. my name is lachme, and i am a "Lost" addict.

the last time i used was 2 days ago, rewatching the pilot episodes 1 & 2. well, i did slip last night too, i suppose, when i watched "Cold Heart" yet again just to see Josh Holloway.

*cries a little*

i have to admit, i'm ashamed at times- but i just can't seem to quit. i come to this site to feed my addiction and link to other lost-related websites. my roommate is threatening an intervention; i threatened to intervene with his breathing rights if he messed with the vcr again. i...i just can't control myself- i need help...i also could use some advice for setting up my avatar, but that's off topic...

we're all in this together, to support each other, to listen to each other, and to provide constant and scathing commentary on each and every aspect of the show and of each others posts.

please- share your stories. it is through sharing that we heal.

hello... I am Nessie.... I have been a serious lost addict since October...I actually missed the first episode when it originally aired because the trailers didn't intrigue me that much... Then a friend told me about the mysteries of the Island so i tuned in. I was immediately hooked.

I didn't mean for it to get like this. I have always been a strong person.. How could a TV show suck me in so bad...

The Last time I fed my addiction was last night by rewatching "raised By another..

I sat there for 45 minutes rewinding and then pressing play on the scene where..You hear the baby cry and Claire walks toward the Forrest only to see What at first I thought was her baby Running fast like ET through the woods...

I have now conceded to the fact that , That was no baby. IT was our friendly midget GS. He can flat out run. Watch it in slow motion... look at the style and grace of those tiny legs You Go GS ! YOU GO! BOOK IT!

Anyway.. I digress...

I made a shirt... Just recently with one of those Cheap HP Iron ons and my trust printer.. Its the picture or Charlie on the beach looking like a confuse hobbit with burning wreckage behind him. I wear it daily. The shirt has a distinct disgusting smell to it but I love it.. It reminds me of Lost..

During this trying time when lost is in reruns.. i can't get into the Christmas Spirit.. I just want ABC to air the next episode..., WHY WON"T YOU LISTEN!. WHY CAN"T THERE BE A CHANNEL DEDICATED TO LOST ..LOST TV.. GOD PLEASE HELP ME!!!

Well, nessie - I hope you can get in today, cause it looks like it may be the end of an era. (Not necessarily a good era, but an end anyway) GS and myself, maybe others are tired of the venom that has saturated the board lately. I will be out till Monday anyway, if I come in then and find it still in shambles, I'm gone for good. GS may already be. In case anyone is wondering, we are not going to another Lost site, or anywhere else for that matter. This has been a good site and is still the best Lost site. Thanks Xander, it was fun for a while, hopefully, it will be again.

The real problem is with other people... the battle between certain members, and the occasional hostile newbie who gets mad when we pick on them for not following the rules.

Kept meaning to reply to the initiator of this thread for awhile now. I was all set to pull out all my seethingly sarcastic observations on this thread, due to my assumption about it when I saw the title, but reading your initial post Lachme almost made me snort my coffee out my nose.

Gave me a nice uplift (part of the urge to burn was I was coming off a multi post read of a certain fest-er (anyone spot the pun there? Does it count if I ask?) and I was loaded for bear) to a stressful few minutes of post reading.

Hi, My name is Cindy and I'm a Lostaholic. My last fix was last night, when I watched the reruns on ABC. I... *sob* I admit I got angry when I saw that they were not rerunning "Tabula Rasa," the only episode I don't have on tape. I thought about writing an angry letter, but by the time I was able to sit down and type one, my hands were twitching so badly from the withdrawal that I had to go look at the promo pictures again, and then I forgot what I had wanted to do before that.

I... I have fantasies about Boone beatings, especially when delivered by Sawyer. *hangs head in shame* I confess to trying to come up with ways to change the words to Christmas carols to fit Lost (am currently working on a rewrite of "the 12 Days of Christmas"), and of trying to come up with my own imaginary episode to post here so that myself and others can get a fix of the show which we crave so desperately. I swear that I can stop at any time... but who am I kidding? I don't want to! Do you hear me? I don't want to, and you can't make me!!!
