Do any of y'all have favorite TV shows, which you just can't miss?

Right now, my favorites are American Idol (and don't get me started on the crapfest that is John Stevens >: ), Survivor All-Stars, and Alias. :)

I also like Will and Grace a lot.

My favorite show was canceled a few years ago BUT LUCKILY due to fantastic dvd sales it is being resurrected - Family Guy! Best. Show. Ever. More funny than South Park, the Simpsons, Friends (and people, keep in mind these other shows are REALLY funny but Family Guy is better).

Stewie and Brian are my favorite characters. Nothing like a talking, martini drinking dog and a baby who is part of a middle class American Rhode Island family yet has a British accent and a football shaped head. God I love this show!

I actually don't watch a lot of tv anymore. Cable got canceled a while back, and just the other day we figured out how to take the filter off to get free cable get it back. But other shows I love are Charmed, Friends, Scrubs, 24 (FANTASTIC show!), South Park, Conan, Daily Show, and that's all I can think of off the top of my head! Oh, and Lost of course ;)

Hear hear about Family Guy being awesome! I've just recently discovered it, and I looooove Stewie! That little "evil" baby has made me scream with laughter on more than one occasion:rollin ! Unfortunately I only manage to catch it once in a while and everytime feels like stumbling upon the Holy Grail:eek !

Other than that: Friends, 24, Scrubs (Smallville, Buffy and Angel occasionally)

And finally - not to be a copycat - LOST starring the DOM!;)

ok.. the best show (aside from LOST in the future) has to be.. THE OC! I'm soooooooo obsessed with that show. It's CRAZY! I live off that show from week to week. I'm actually quite mad! The season finale is this week, and its usually on mondays (I'd be watching it now :( ) But it was moved to Wednesday... and I can't watch it because I'm singing in a concert:\ So I'm totally bummed out!
But yeah. I can't live without THE OC. It just ROCKS!

i have to watch angel and tru calling every week (and stargate sg-1 every time it's new). those are shows i have to watch every week or i go insanel. but i do watch a lot of tv :)

Gilmore Girls is the only show I absolutely make time to watch...well, up until recently, but I'm going to catch up when it repeats! Damn having no VCR at school.

First... The Gilmore girls is so witty and cleaver... Love that show....

Second... THE OC IS EVIL :( The Finale KILLED ME! omg! I won't reveal what happened for those of you who have yet to see it. But I LOVED that show, and the finale was torture and COMPLETE EMOTIONAL TURMOIL! I have so much rage pented up for that show right now. The finale was a real tear jerker.... now, this is the thing that might puzzle you. I give the episode 10/10.

I just wonder if my affair with the TV show ends here?
I hope lost can fill in the space OC left behind.

A lot of my favorite shows have been cancelled, but thanks to the wonder that is DVD, I can re-watch my favorite episodes:

Mystery Science Theater 3000. Have 50 tapes made from SFC eps. Have four DVDs including the theatrical movie. Am a nerd.

Due South. Love this show, now sadly cancelled after a three-season run. It's on DVD.

Law & Order: SVU: Why? Munch. God, I love Richard Belzer. And Mariska Hargitay as Olivia Benson. And Chris Meloni as Stabler. And Dann Florek as Cragen.

Homicide: Life on the Streets. Best. Cop. Show. EVER.
Andre Braugher is an actor's actor and deservedly won an Emmy (Finally) for this show. And Munch again!

Hetty Wainthropp Investigates. My mother loves Patricia Routledge. And then there's Dom. OMGDOMISWAYTOOCUTEINTHISSHOW!! :D He's adorable. I love him even more.

Let's see...what else am I watching? The US version of Touching Evil [Jeffrey Donovan...EEeeeee!], Monk, ER, CSI:Miami, Animal Planet, and anything involving sharks on the Discovery Channel.
