Just wondering if any "Lost" fans have read this book. I am about 400 pages in and must say it's one of the better books I've read. It was written in the 1800s by the famous French sci-fi writer Verne of "20,000 Leagues Under the Sea" fame. The 5 castaways use all sorts of ingenuitiy and science to build themselves a society, which makes for interesting reading how they put everything together from absolutley nothing except the natural resources of the island. It's similar to "Lost" in some aspects in that all the while mysterious happenings are going on that make them wonder if they are alone. The payoff is coming soon and I think I've figured out the mystery of the island.

Interested to hear others thoughts on the novel if you've read it. Thanks!
