I think we need to start a rumor that the silent goon was part of Kate's bank robber gang. Well, there is no basis for such a rumor but... since we never see the two bankrobbers unmasked we could experience the hilarity of people analysing screen caps of lips to see if they could ID them.

I did an IMDb search for the complete cast listing from that epi and came up completely empty. Not that that surprises me at all. 815Desmond went the other way, Wiki. Damn, now even I'm interested about who this guy might be.
