Seriously, I once proposed that they should kill off Ana (praise be, that wish was granted) and replace her with Cindy. I think you could get an interesting story line out of a more mature woman giving Queen Bee Kate a run for her money with the guys. I'll bet the older woman watching the show would like it too.

Cindy was never that interesting to me.. I think she was just there to demonstrate how clever the others are by snatching her in broad daylight.
