Jack&Sawyer Connection

reading with what the spoilers said how Swayer and Jacks dad are together in next weeks episode and that there is something that will Blow the Loyal Views Minds, does anyone else think that Jack and Sawyer are brothers??? Just based on what I have read for spoilers and the preview for next week, it would make alot of sense.

cool...I wouldn't put it passed Jack's dad to have an affair, that would explain how Sawyer could be his brother.
And, Sawyer did call him brother once.. hmmmm

nice thinking, i suppose the confrontation next week will explain....it almost seemed like sawyer's rage was a reult of something kate told him, but what would kate know about jack that could enrage sawyer to the point of wanting to kill him?

I always thought that the lady that Jack and his father killed operating on could be close to Sawyer. You cant just get on a plane and then start instantly ating some one. Or can you??;)

This may sound dumb, but I had the thought that maybe Jack and Kate are related...that would explain why Kate is always wanting to be around Jack...you know, make sure he's alright (when the cave collapsed)...she doesn't seem romantically interested in Jack...more interested in him like a sister would be. (Jack probably doesn't know she's his sister...or half sister)...that would open up why she was so flirty with Sawyer when they went swimming...remember? Also, the preview makes it look like she and Sawyer have been up to something. If she told Sawyer that Jack is her brother, that would also explain why Sawyer could be mad at Jack. That would be a cool twist. They also sort of look alike. (and the French lady is her mom....whooaaa...)

It's doubtful they are brothers. Jack's dad, a successful doctor(on the surface, anyway) had another family stashed somewhere? He was too concerned with appearances to get caught up in something like that.

Sawyer was a con artist, and he probably had targeted Jack's dad as a mark before he offed himself.

It wouldn't be out of the ordinary at all for a successful male doctor to have another kid...possibly even one he didn't know about. Men do that all the time, especially the ones w/ high profile jobs.

Anyways, this would be a really interesting twist. I doubt thats it though.

Although they set it up in the preview to look like Sawyer is going to attack Jack, couldn't he also be going after Sayid? After all, Sayid is the one who tortured him. Jack was involved but Sayid did the dirty work.

the previews I am sure are misleading us to think sawyer is getting revenge on Jack. that's the obvious answer. based on the synopsis of next week's episode, i'm inclined to think sawyer is going after the wild boar that he thinks is following him.
