I will dig him up if that will help. I know where he's buried.

I would love for them to bring Boone back....or we find out Boone had an identical twin brother, and they dump him on the island, so we can admire Ian some more....;)

A twin Boone would be the perfect gift for this Gemini.

How about a quadruplet? Two for the day, two for the night. One of them could wash the fiestaware.

Yes! And finally Jack won't be the only one chasing "ghosts" around the island. Maybe we'll find Christian, Shannon and Boone in the caves at a later date playing poker with Goodwin, Ethan, and Nathan. Now there's a No Hold 'Em tournament I'd pay to watch. :) Especially if Libby and Ana-Lucia are dressed in skimpy waitress outfits.......*facepalm*.......I really need sleep. :)

If there is something to the concept that ghosts return as they left, then Boone will return shirtless and in need of a thorough visit under the waterfall...and some spectral physical therapy...and someone to listen to his tales from the dead...and a new role in island society if he should happen to hover about for a long time in this temporal plane (cant escape the plane concept no matter how hard one tries:boxedin:)...I have training in all these areas and would be absolutely willing to lend an ear, a shoulder, a hand (in fact both hands) and a mouth (for talking! ) to help in the recuperative process. I wish Libby were still around because I am still guessing that Boone is a straight boy in metro clothing, and I would need someone to talk to, you know, to work out a certain lack of reciprocity. Who are good (living) listening candidates? Of all the possibilities, I would say Kate. Or Vincent. Sawyer's too busy with Sassafrass. Jack's too busy with being hated. Eko's too fanatically under rubble. Locke's too paralyzed by bad writing. Claire's too maternal, but perhaps would listen. Charlie's too dumb. No need to continue. Kate or Vincent.

meanwhile, vincent has his unreliable moments. I called to him one day but he ran past me to lick Boone's face! lucky dog...

And dear - while others may possess the skill, there are very few that possess the same eloquence as you. :) You would also make the perfect "ear" for a reincarnated Boone. (after you - my vote would also go for the dog of doom.... ;) )

That works too. But my hope is that the island will rally out its science-only death grip and do so something really miraculous---I mean, of course, outside of making a Charlie a more convincing season 2 character than Locke, Jack and Kate combined.

boonian androphile

right now ian is being Marco Polo in china

I noticed that.

Things for Ian to do in preparation for this role:

1) Marco Polo does not mean Marco Polo Shirts. Dress for the part.

2) Work on an Italian accent. A genuine, unexaggerated one.

3) Treat your horse well. Or you'll be like St. Paul.

4) If it's a mini-series there will be romance. But dont even think of spending longer with that than Jack and Kate did in the stupid net. Kiss and run. You have other exploring to do.

5) Oh---when in a romantic moment, dont call out Shannon by mistake.

6) If there is an opportunity for an underling to climb up high to retrieve something of value (oh like opium or something), delegation is not a sign of weakness (except in Locke's case, of course).

7) Promote a contractual clause that emphatically states that you will not die halfway through the mini-series. We know how angry you are when your character takes a premature spill.

8) If the camera does not spend the vast majority of the time on your eyes, there is no justice on this earth. Leuthen, and others, I know will agree.:hypnotize :hammersel
