I'm surprised nobody has put this up yet. Well I hope not. Anyway, Lost has become so big, could they make a spinoff? Here are a few suggestions:

The Shepards: This show is about 2 surgeons at a Los Angeles Hospital, Jack and his father Christian. They both struggle at home and work.

EP1 - When an important witness is accidently shot by a cop named Ana-Lucia, the Shepard's have to save him, or else.

EP4 - Jack has an emergency call in the middle of the night to save an old friend, Marc Silverman.

EP5 - When Christian is called away to New York to oversee the final stages of a private hospital, Jack is in control of St. Sebastian's. Christian has to deal with 2 lazy construction workers, Michael and Fred. But Chris opens Widmore Hospital on time.

EP7 - Sarah ,Jack's wife, and Margo, Chris's wife, decide to surprise thier husbands at work, with disasterous results.

EP12 - When a cop, Ana-Lucia, is shot, Jack and Chris must work around the clock to save her.

The Traveling Priest: Father Eko Tunde is always traveling to church to church, and meets interesting people and gives them good advice.

Dave Hugo Reyes is in a mental hospital, and has many friends. But they are all imaginary!

Caught Between Iraq and A Hard Place: Once a respected torturer for Saddam, conscience-ridden Sayid Jarrah travels the world, doing random acts of kindness to make up for the evil he has done, while searching for long-lost love Nadia.

The Pearl Station Archives: See what really goes on inside the Swan Station with this never-before seen footage from the hatch! The observers from the Pearl have compiled some of their favorite moments, including hillarious bloopers, heartwrenching drama, and shocking revelations.
See where S.R. moved the ping pong table; share a laugh with Kelvin and Desmond as they get drunk and swap army stories; listen in as Hurley and Charlie discuss their favorite albums from the hatch's record collection; and find out what Rodzinski edited out of the orientation film!
