Why Juliet Won't be Around for Long

First off, I'd like to say that Juliet is a very pleasant character and add to this show this season. She's witty and cracks jokes and just makes these horrible scenes a little nicer. However, get a good look at her now, because she won't be around for long. I'm going out on a limb to say that its safe to guess that Juliet will die this season. The producers need a character that viewers will be able to get attached to, and will be pivitol, but easily dipsoable. The main characters (ie: jack, john, kate...) wouldn't be able to be killed off the show without a huge up-roar from the fans, so the writers of Lost, much like last season with Anna Lucia, created a character that will be important, but only for one season, but still give writers the chance to kill off a some-what major character without killing the show. Agree?

and we know that everyone Jack operates on dies.. the marshall, boone, liz. well maybe he did not "operate" on liz but still. He is good at putting on peroxide and changing bandages but evertime something major happens the person ends up dead.

I agree that she seems to be a red shirt, also because Elizabeth Mitchell hasn't in the past done a whole lot of long stints on shows (okay, some of the show didn't last that long either... :rolleyez: )

She seems like an interesting character... but I dont think I like her. The whole her and Jack possibility doesn't really sit right with me. What can I say?
