A delirious Eko wrestles with demons from his past, while Locke heads a search party for the missing castaways.

This is just a thought, but I do believe now that Eko will be leaving us.

The show is introducing the notion of highly ritualized death, for instance, the funeral ritual of the others. (Query whether Jack in the white shirt like the others isn't now part of them?) Additionally, the calling for Eko to confess is a very obvious reference to Catholic Last Rites (again, highly ritualized).

They are preparing Eko for his death, it is sad. I would take Eko over 10 Paulo and Nikkis.

I disagree......I knew (a hunch) from the first season that it's was gonna be an asset to the writers to be able to move certian characters into the forefront as they see necessary. Did you think 40+ survivors were just gonna be backround the whole time. They have hinted in the past few eps. that new characters were gonna play a role, how else could new people be integrated?

They talked with the lostaways, they just didn't show it on camera, they can't show all the dialogues of the 42 survivors,

One thing I would observe is that Benry seemed truly disturbed that Jack knew about the tumor. I think Juliet really is trying to lead a coup.
