Last night, when Kate tackled Sawyer for the water, he said something like, "I've been waiting 4 years for that birthday wish." Was it Sawyer's birthday? Did he and Kate know each other before the crash? Why 4 years? Was he in prison? Why is is the same amount of time Locke's been in a wheelchair?
