Hey,

I live in Ireland but have followed Lost for the first few episodes on channel 4(UK) but then went to study in spain for two months so had to let it go...although I caught a few episodes in spansh, I couldnt understand it so didnt want to spoil it for myself...

But, Im back now and have bought the first part of the first season on DVD and am totally addicted! :D

UK Viewers, how many episodes have been shown in the UK?!

How many episodes are there in the first season? 24? And the same number in the second?

Some people count the Pilot as one episode. But, I've always considered it two. And along the same line. Some people consider Exodus three episodes. I consider it two. So, there's either 23, 24, or 25 episodes in the first season. I will say, TPTB say 24 episodes.

We've also been told we're looking at an additional 24 episodes in S2. And regarding your last question. I'm hoping it lasts as long as good writing persists.

UK Viewers, how many episodes have been shown in the UK?!

I've been watching on C4 in the UK since the begining, we are on Season 1 Episode 15 'Homecoming' - although it gets quite confusing as C4's sister channel E4 shows next weeks episode straight after this weeks so we could be on Episode 16 'Outlaws', either way we are way behind the States which stinks IMO :snake:

I was tempted to buy the UK box set containing Season 1 Episodes 1-12 but in the end decided to get the complete first season shipped from the States for about the same cost. Looking at the complete first season it says there are 24 Episodes including the 2 pilot episodes at the begining and the 2 Exodus episodes at the end.
