Appreciation again, Mr MX, this will be like a fresh start. I feel a few individuals have monopolised your website, by turning into a private social networking club (an ‘old boys club), rather then a forum for genuine affiliation and appreciation for the LOST series. I’m sure this was not what you wanted. Suffice to say, your hard work in developing this site dedicated to one of the best shows on TV (though I’ve been downloading them), is thoroughly appreciated, and once this series has been broadcasted to more countries, I can say for sure, you will have a lot more fans thankful towards you, for starting this site.

If I recall, that "old boys club" as you put it usually confines themselves to one board. Want to talk Lost? Go to any of the others. It's that simple, no complaining necessary.

The thread is to be used for actual discussion of the show - keep that in mind.
One, if you do have a problem, address it through proper channels (that's what the inbox is for)

So if we have finished making inane comments at each other can we actually start discussing Lost?
Does anyone know if Lost will ever air in UK? Because it takes so long to get the epis off the net!

Hi, Channel 4 has bought Lost and it's due to be aired in early August (thanks to Desperate Housewives it's been delayed). Here's some more info www.digitalspy.co.uk/arti...20193.html (http://www.digitalspy.co.uk/article/ds20193.html)

hooray for having computer minded friends that fill their hard drives with fantastic tv shows you'd never hear of otherwise! a great show with a great cast. i was instantly hooked and have been in agony waiting for the next episode! how did you all find out about the show?

Not sure how I first found out, think I saw the pilot floating about on a website and had a look at it, looked pretty cool and have been downloading it ever since. I'm a bit pissed off that Channel 4 wont be airing it for ages because I have no one to discuss it with in the real world (no one else sad enough to download TV). I once heard someone on my uni campus say to someone "they've found out someone on the island wasn't on the plane!" and got quite excited, but not excited enough to embarrass myself and tell them that I've been downloading it too. Gosh, I'm a geek. 8o

Lol, I know what you mean. It's a well kept secret of mine :b I think I heard about it before in a couple of American magazines but I never thought much of it. Then I kinda got into watching Roswell and I found out Emilie de Ravin was in Lost and I'd heard about the show already so I just checked it out and I'm glad I did. Lost is now one of my favourite tv shows!
There's a new UK Lost fan site: Lost-Fan.co.uk (http://www.lostfan.co.uk)
Check it out! Join the forum, the more the merrier!

I remember seeing the Pilot for Lost July/August time last year and immeadiatly decided to download it every week from then on. :lol
I have the admit the thing that first drew me to it was that fact that I'm in the Dominic Monaghan fandom, but there's times during the show that I forget it's Dom, and he's just Charlie to me. :lol
But I'm dying for it to be shown over here. The thought of seeing a show on something other than my computer screen definatly sounds good!

Heard somewhere it will air in August :( 3 months! Although I've seen all of season one I need some Lost in the summer! Hopefully they will finish airing season 1 by Feb and season 2 will start immediately afterwards, but I think I would have seen all the eps by then :)

I'm thinking that channel 4 will continue the pattern they've sort of made.Show desperate housewives from January to may then Lost from august to December.so season 2 of desperate housewives will b shown before lost season 2 next year and big brother will be the summer filler. There going to be the highest rated shows on channel 4.since sex and the city,Frasier and friends finished they havn't had anything huge to show.

Watch re-runs, come on here and every Lost site you know everyday three times a day (or in one long long 10 hour sitting), go on Oceanic Air, make up insane theories (and some good ones too), write fan fiction, make banners and avatars, look at every single Lost photo and video at Lost-Media, analyse every single aspect of Lost by making mindmaps writing notes and quotes, run around promoting Lost to everyone you know, make your own Lost VIDEO :rollin , print out pictures, make music videos and finally build a time machine to get you to the start of season 2 because by the time you've finished building it will be September anyway!
