Well, she's been in it since the Pilot and is now the foster mother for the two little monster kids from the tail-section, so's I figure there is a good chance of her being a central character. Hmmm... I wonder if Season Four will show her giving Jack some more airline bottles of booze as he boards the rescue helicopter? I might be Cindy that steered him back to the path of being a boozehound!

Regardless, she's still more central than She Who Is Now Worm Food.

At least she who is now worm food actually has an excuse for her lack of screen time. In fact.. I need to go back and check... 'cause I'm fairly certain that post death Libby has received more mention than the still living Cindy Mick Jagger.
