Heres what i think.I think that Boone was an unlikely character to kill off so soon.I am new to this forum,does anyone have any idea why they killed him off? I think that because he was so loved by the viewers and because ANYTHING is possible on that island...that Boone will return.:hat

Its already been said like a broken record that Boone will not be returning to the show.. he is dead and he is not coming back. They let him go because he wanted more airtime on Tv so he complained and they killed him

I am new to this forum,sorry,there is so much to look at here.I am also from australia and we have not yet seen the last episode yet.Stupid of me,but i only realised after i sent my boone message that you guys had seen it all.I was a big boone fan and i was dissapointed when he was killed,i dont get to read much about the show as i have 4 kids,so reading in peace isnt an option.I am really looking forward to the season finale,i have read bits and pieces in different forums and it is only making me confused! I think the next episode we will see here in Australia is a show linking all the hidden secrets.I am not sure when the final will air.

has it been repeated over and over that boone really isn't dead. i've heard ian somerhalder talk about that but i read in a thing w/ damon that he refused to comment aout whether boone really died or not. so who really knows. this is lost that we are talking about. and, it has been said that boone's character will come back. ian even said that he would come back. more than likely in shannon's flashbacks, but who knows. once again, this is lost. they can do anything they want to do. maybe walt will conjure him up like he did the polar bear and the bird.

Theres a thought......I agree,like i said,i havent seen as much as the show as you guys have,but like you said "its lost,anything could happen". I would soooo love to see boone come back.

I liked Boone's character, I think he should definitely come back.

I can understand why he'd want more airtime. He was the least shown regular.

He should still come back in an episode, maybe as a hallucination.

Unless the writers and crew really hated Ian, I don't see why the island could bring him back. If smoke monsters are possible than anything is.

He could come back as a ghost. But he and Shannon need some closure.

I am pissed that Boone and Shannon didnt get to have a shot a becoming a couple..they suited eachother i thought,would have made a good love story.I know that everyone is saying that there is no way that Boone will return,but untill i see the last ever episode of Lost,i will live in hope.

Hmm it would be really interesting to see a Boone look-a-like reappear, have everyone think it was him or something like that, but then Shannon realizes he's not the same...that arc could last a whole season but it seems those two are the writers least favorite characters (they're my personal favorites) and probably wouldn't want to show them THAT much.
