My Cable Guide said this episode is titled "Like a Parasite."

Mixed opinion. According to other forums I've been on, some say for some unknown reason they've renamed it "Parasite".

In that case I'm guessing your Cable Guide was published long before the decision was made.

However others say "Parasite" is just a shorthand, and the episode full name remains "Like a Parasite".

Time will tell I guess!

"Parasite" makes more sense. Most episode titles have been single words.
