Ok I really hate this character. She's at my hatred of Kate and Charlie now. But I had to post...

She delivered that line perfectly.

I can agree with that. However, after how that "one gun and one bullet" acted later, I don't know.

The emotion in her voice when she's telling him to shut his mouth was really good acting. Even though I hate this character. I think she's gonna bring alot to the plot.

I really liked when she said, "Oh owwww!!! The pain!!! The excruciating pain!!!!" as she was being torn apart by <insert nasty evil thing here>. Maybe I dreamed that part up, but man was it good.

I agree! Some people say it was rude, but I found it funny, especially since Jin has so often gone off speaking Korean even though he had to have known nobody understood him. :)

Cause her telling him they don't speak Korean in English made more sense? Everybody on the show says stuff to him in English. Though the writers do have him magically picking up on some of it.

I was going to let this go but...
So since Jin knows no one but Sun understands him, then he should remain mute unless in her presence? It would seem unrealistic to me that, in the face of everyone else (but Sun) talking to him in English - a language he's just starting to learn / understand - Jin would not respond verbally in the language he does understand.
I mean, c'mon!!! Humans are verbal beings - heck, most mammals are verbal beings!!! I'm sure that those among the readers who have dogs and/or cats have heard their pets talk to them, and have they themselves talked back to the pet.
Personally, I speak to my cats and dogs, even to myself on occasion (yeah, yeah, you already knew I am crazy, whatever, just keep reading, I do have a point here!), because I am a very verbal person. It is not a concious act, as most often I am not expecting other people (if any present) to react to my words. Similarly, in most scenes when Jin speaks Korean to non-Korean speaking characters, he is also gesturing and conveying with his body language what he's saying aloud. My take would be that he's focusing on the idea he's trying to convey more than on the words.
At any rate, that's how I would like the character to be writen.

Jin was talking in Korean or otherwise because he cared about what was happening. Trying to communicate this in English, in the few words that he probably knows, would be too cumbersome. Youre right, Azteclady, is the idea and the focus on the idea that were important.

It was MR's delivery of the line that really struck me as funny.

Yeah I love that too! Her acting is fantastic in that little speech and I like it after when...

Okay, It's been awhile since I posted that quote.
I still love her acting in that one speech. But after I posted that quote I said I thought she was going to bring alot to the plot. Man, was I wrong.
Yes, "Two for the Road" looks pretty good but I am hoping she is the one who dies this season. This character is totally useless.
You know you're pretty much describing Michelle Rodriguez as well as Evangeline Lilly, right?

Damn. You just made me feel more sympathy for the character than the actress has ever managed... by a mile. Honestly. :(
Dez yu are far kinder to the nasty gnome than I am,the only demons I see chasing her are the ones wanting thier expression back.
