I've just played the epi back and paused the shot, you can definately see his arms going behind his back..sorry I aint got a screenshot for yah, but if you watch the epi and pause it, you'll see.

I don't think the picture was photoshopped. We had some people in chat think that Cooper was missing his arms as well. You could see his arms in HD but not on regular television, the picture was too dark. Luckily, we have TPTP and his wonderful HD screen caps. If you visit the Spoilers section you probably remember when I got on the set and he claimed I was his mole. I posted pictures on this site and they showed on his website 10 minutes later. What a loser!

It's difficult to get a good capture because the light is low and shifting. It's a very similar situation to what we saw in the "Locke's Socks" thread. In that case as well, the stills did not reveal all of the detail that was present in moving video. However, it's obvious when watching the moving video that his arms are intact.

I could see his arms in your screencap, TPTP. I couldn't at first, but after I lightened it a notch or two, they were clearly visible. They are just tied so tightly behind his back that there are bare slivers of them visible. But they're definitely there. You did a good job with the capture (as usual). :)

His arms are there. Really. They are simply tied behind his back. If you bring the brightness up on your capture, you will see his forearms.
