It appears that Lost’s ratings have dropped enough that they barely survived another season. I really got into the show but only after missing the first two seasons. I rented the DVD’s and got hooked. Now watching the episodes as they air has me a bit aggravated. There are a lot of “mysteries” that have just seemed to drop off the radar screen, and some of the back stories seem a bit tedious to watch.

Why do you think the ratings have dropped? What would it take to get the ratings back up? Do you think the show will resolve before it is canceled?

Thoughts? This could have gone in the episodes complaint thread, or one of the other whine-fests. But that's just me.

What you're experiencing is normal for anyone coming off of a DVD orgy, only to find they'll have to suffice with one LOST tryst a week from here on in.

You're suffering from withdrawal.

ratings drop as a series goes on regardless of how good it is, unless the series has no plot that needs to be followed (think simpsons)

so it's normal.... and watching the dvds rather than weekly is kind of boring because you get no speculation time.

I think there are enough places to talk about this.

Locking.

Better yet......

Should've just parked it in our Official Complaint or Ratings thread. It's amazing to me how someone would go out of their way to find a message board to complain.
