Yeh, makes sense that she was just being her normal rude self.

By the way, thumbs down to the hairdressers and continuity people on this episode. Shannon's hair was completely different than it was when she was actually on the show. She probably has cut it since then and they had to use a wig. If so, it was a bad one. It made the flashbacks totally unrealistic to me.

I could see how it would be easy for someone to have missed what their relationship was or to have forgotten that they were step brother and sister.

I didn't mean it against Maggie Grace at all. Its just when a show that makes us pay attention to every little detail to the point where we see eyes moving on a poster ;) puts such an obviously bad wig on someone they made a point of bringing back it bugs me. This is not some riny dink outfit with a tiny budget. I know it is a minor detail, and petty, but it still bugs me.

I'd have to go back and watch, but didn't Jack need a pen for a procedure he was doing to somebody? I think he had to pierce somebody's chest or stomach to release some pressure?! I don't recall exactly, but I'm pretty sure he asked Boone to go find a pen for him.
That's one thing I liked about this episode, it showed a lot of the same events from a different perspective.

The only thing revealed (more like re-iterated) in that scene is that Shannon was a bitch to Boone. Her comment to him was a part of that inter-character relationship regardless of Boone's orientation.

I, too, read about a character to be revealed to be gay IN THIS EPISODE. I would like clarification on the source of it though? Was that from a podcast? Or Kristen? Does anyone know? Because I want to be sure never to put any belief into their spoilers again. I thought it was minor, so it really doesn't matter overalll, but Boone is the only logically "gay reveal" for this episode. But I don't even think it was anything definitive about him being gay. As everyone pointed out that's the way Shannon and Boone used to argue all the time.

Yeah, TPTB stated that the gay character would appear in Expose', though I don't think that I'm alone when I say that I thought that it was Tom. Being as Tom didn't make an appearance in this episode, I wonder who else it could've been. Making Boone the gay character after he already died is just silly. Is it Ben? That doesn't seem to fit either. I still maintain that it is Tom and perhaps they cut that scene. Or, as an alternative, maybe Ethan was Tom's gay lover.

Totally agree it's not a big deal but after watching the episode it was clearly the only character that could even be considered queer. :)

My take on all of this is that Shannon's comment was an incredibly bitchy, and hurtful, barb thrown at Boone arising out of his inability to perform in the seduction scene, and partly fueled by Shannon's feelings as a result of her own failure as the seductress, the only talent she had going for her at the time.
