First off I have been reading this board for the past hour, all of you are great. This kinda stuff makes watching the show that much better!!:)
Secondly, I disagree with the whole cloning thing way to easy. This show is just not that simple. It's one of the reasons I watch it.
Now I dont think that Desmond is in a submarine. I have seen a many military bunker in my life, thatnks to a Army father, and they can be simple and plain or they can be well thought out and complex. With that being said it wouldn't shock me if Desmond and the others are part of some serious experiment of some type. Thing I cant figure out is what kind of experiment?
Jack is a true man of science and absolutes. I understand his straightforward style, but my favorite line from the show last night was when Hurley told him his bedside manner sucked! SO TRUE! It has sucked the whole show. Jack is an intense cat!! That tour de stade is something real to do, a bit crazy but something to do to work off stress (if your into fitness like that) I dont think there was something special in the water but it was something special about them meeting. Plus someone correct me, but I coulda swore Desmond had on an old England rugby jersey (notice the rose like design over his heart). In fact I thought initially he was a rugger. I could be wrong.
Walt was definetly projecting himself towards Shannon somehow. I think that he was drippping wet because he wanted someone to know that the raft didn't make it, and he needed help. Remeber Vincent was barking so he sensed something too. Plus they never did find Vincent they only heard him!
Locke is ill!!! I think he is one of the most complex TV characters I have ever seen. Every show makes me change my mind about that guy. I really dont know why he was so pressed to go at night into that shaft. However I do agree with him that a lot of the stuff thats happening on the island is way beyond coincidence. I believe when it's all said and done Locke will be the one to stay. He is more open to chance than ANYONE else on the island.
Jack's pops = definetly alive
What happened to the rest of the cats on the raft?
Did anyone notice how well the bunker was kept with the exception of the broken ladder? It looked like it was regularly patrolled. And man even if those computers were old that bunker was HARD WIRED!! That's all I got for now. I have been waiting for Lost to return like it was monday night football! Last night's episode was outstanding. Keep the theorys goin ladies and gents!
