I don't think that's quite accurate. Second trimester, yeah. When I had TJ, I didn't really show until I was 15 or 16 weeks along, and even then I could've passed as just a little pudgy. I never quite looked 9 months pregnant - I looked far less pregnant than I actually was. I was 8 months along at the baby shower; my friend was 5 months pregnant and almost as big as I was!

It's perfectly reasonable that Sun isn't showing yet, especially since we don't really know when she got pregnant.

Remember, Locke was paralyzed and Rose had cancer before the plane crash also. It's been speculated that whatever "healed" Locke and Rose also could have "healed" Jin.

That's why we're not sure who the father is. :)

What? Really, it's true. Certainly it's possible to not show until the second, as twilightsun says. There are women who've given birth without knowing they were pregnant (though I can't say whether they had Sun's figure to begin with).

With later pregnancies, a woman is likely to show earlier.

At any rate, it's *possible* she's only a couple of weeks in. If Jin is the father, she could have become pregnant very shortly before she took the test. I know first hand of more than one case where the test showed positive that quickly.
