Think the losties will hide her body? Tell the truth about what happened? Lie about what happened?

<.< They'll look the other way and forget about it.

If she's dead, they can drag her into the radio shack to get the body out of sight.
Probably Jack will try to explain what happened (to some degree at least) over the radio.
Great question!

Oh yeah I didn't answer my own question. They are probably better off just telling the truth imo. I think they'll hide the body though.

Throw her in with Nikki and Paolo or say Tom did it. He's dead he can't refute it.

LOL when I read this. I pictured them taking her to Radio Shack:
Losties: "Can we leave this dead woman here?"
Store Employee: "Sure, no problem. Can we have her phone number?"

Tell the truth. Blame it on Locke. There's a crazy armed and dangerous psychopath wandering around in the Jungle.

maybe they'll do this -- I wonder who among the losties will want to protect Locke as one of their own at this point
Who these people actually are (or appear to be) will likely impact how they'll handle this. Regardless, you're right, they'll have some splainin' to do!

So my question is this:
Will Locke stand up and be a man about what is to be/happen on the island in the coming days??
Or will he pull a "hatch moment" and go "Oops!" ???? :D

Well I don't think the people on the ship are going to say:
Minkowski: Listen up all, I'm a mean mofo and I'm here to steal ur womenz and that hawt dentist.
---
When they arrive, we're not likely to know right away what we're dealing with. and there will be more drama if we only see hints of them not being the good guys. I don't think they'll have time to determine if they're good or bad. Unless they all have the alternate universe spock beards.

That's a good idear. Eat her, and then blame it on the bears.

Locke's answer as always will be "The island wanted it to happen"
