View Full Version : Does everyone want S3 included?
Rather than making an assumption, I'm thought it best to ask what everyone thought about adding Season 3 to the rewatch. The DVDs don't come out, at least not in the US, until Dec 11. Some people have S3 still recorded, some have it digitally, etc. Also, the S3 portion of the re-watch will take us through the holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc) so keep that in mind as well. :)
I'll leave this open for a week and if there's a majority "Yes" then I'll put the schedule up after this poll closes. I did a preliminary schedule and in order to get all of S3 in before S4 starts, we'll have to do 3 episodes per week and it should end somewhere just before LOST returns.

I would love to have S3 included in our re-watch. I don't have the episodes recorded, but if I get behind (until I buy them) I will catch up and enjoy reading the posts of the others. Thanks for asking, Brian.
Oh yes. I've been counting on it ! Apparently the DVDs are already out here in Aussie (don't ask me why) but I'm not breaking a leg to get one as we are still working on S2 ! Hows that for loyalty ! Anyway my kids told me I had to wait for Christmas. I think its only 2 or 3 weeks between the end of S2 rewatch and the start of S3. It'll be hard work but I'm sure we're capable of it ! I don't know how I missed this thread/poll. I definately would have voted in favor of including S3. I have the second half of S3 on my DVR but the first half was sadly lost when my original unit crapped out. So I'll be waiting until 12/11 I guess. I know that I can race through the episodes in time for S4, the question will be... Is there enough time for the in depth discussion we like to share?

Looks like we'll go ahead with S3. I'll have the re-watch schedule updated and posted this weekend to include it.

I'm actually waiting for "The Brig" but I think I'd better get started on it soon. It could turn into the size of a "Harry Potter" book ! Having gone so in depth into S1 & S2 we should be able to find heaps more in S3 !

I just checked the ABC website as well and it appears as though they have the entire season with the exception of the finale. The finale used to be listed under their "HD" section instead of the "Lost" section. I'd keep checking there. It could return...
You mean take the rewatch to chat if we don't have enough time to dissect everything? I'll work out a plan. ;)

Wow...
I was so into the Rewatch when the hiatus started, and then stupid life got busy and I haven't kept up on it at all.
But if ya'll are going to go ahead and start in on Season Three-- I might be into hopping in on it-- have more time now, and really I feel like I haven't talked about that Season enough. (Also, as a plus, if I can stop procrastinating we may have full transcripts up for the season next week. Feel free to PM me badgering/threatening-- I bet it would help with motivation).
A chat thing would be very cool-- I'm usually around there anyway, but it would be sweet to be able to talk about Lost in there for a change.
Vonnegut this gives me a chance to thank you for your transcripts - they have helped me out so many times ! Also I've been working on some character walkthroughs but only Season 1 so far. So if I ever get to S3 they will be invaluable !
Welcome back to the rewatch, I love it here, it gives me a chance to talk my head off ! Its amazing how much we come up with, and how many laughs we have ! I'm really looking forward to S3.

If we are going to have a S3 rewatch, is there a schedule yet? ABC has all episodes online, so we don't have to wait for the dvd release.

I would say you are in a turkey (given the season) but I don't know how it would satisfy stipulation #2. Plus, that would just be weird.
