I think everyone can probably take a good guess that they will probably eventually try and get back to the island after being overcome with guilt about the one's left behind. So my question is, assuming they do and succeed getting back to the island what do you think will happen?

1. Will there be a huge age diffrence between the two groups

2. Will the ones left behind become savage

3. Will they not want to leave

Not a huge age difference, but the ones who left and come back (the returnies?) will look a little older

That might be possible, or they could re-group with the others and try to be civilized again.

3. Will they not want to leave

I'm assuming if they wanted to leave they would have tried earlier. Most probably enjoy island life, but they are definitley missing out on being semi-famous and that awesome golden ticket.

what will happen and what will it be like?

Jack has the plane, Hurley works with Penny and helps him, Kate, & Sayid get back home. Home, meaning the island, because they were not supposed to leave. They are the future.
