Diego Palacios had so much fun over the Christmas holiday he was in no rush to get back to lessons.

He had to be freed by emergency services in Monterrey, northern Mexico, after his master plan went wrong.

His mother, Sandra, spent nearly two hours trying to free his right hand with water, oil and nail polish remover, but to no avail.

"I didn't want to go to school because vacation was so much fun," the youngster explained.

He told how he sneaked into the kitchen in the early hours and then covered his hand with industrial-strength adhesive.

His mother woke up to find him watching TV with his hand stuck to the bed.

"I don't know why he did it," she said. "He's a good boy but mischievous — like all kids."

Eeks! I had an mp3 player that died after 8 months. Since I hadn't bought the warranty. They wanted $80 for new one. Sorry but if I paid $140 for it and it goes bad in less than 2 years. Aaaarrrrrgggggggggg!!!...I've just done a 2 mile friggin run in the pouring rain!...Now there's nothing wrong in that, i do it quite often in fact, but not in Jeans, boots, hat, scarf and winter coat!
I had my car booked in for its M.O.T this morning, the garage is 2 miles away, just outside the city centre and my mate Angie was following me there, so she could drop me off at the bambinos school after i left the car there....Anyways, we get seperated in the rush hour traffic at a roundabout...I drive on too the garage...And she knows which garage i use, b/c the mechanic is a mate of my dads, but....for some strange bleedin reason, known only to her, she goes and drives to a completly different garage, the flamin plank!...She didn't have her phone on her...I didn't even take my purse b/c i didn't need it, so, there i am...stranded, 2 miles from home, with no money or phone on me and about 15 minutes to get Kaisey to school....So i had no choice but to leg it home and hope that she'd be there when i got there...She had Kaisey already in her car (good job really b/c it would have been too far for her little legs)...So, i ran home as fast as i could, and 5 minutes away from my house she pulls up laughing and goes "soooorrryyyy...i went to the wrong one didn't i".

TW, may well be a little pissy this morning...I watched the highlights...They lost by 4 points...Manning threw a long pass to Burress to go for a touchdown with only 16 seconds left to the game but it was intercepted by Watkins from the giants...So, the final score was Cowboys 17 - Giants 21 :sigh:
