What's your favourite type of fish (to eat, not keep in a tank)
Can't be a good bit of battered cod.

The only fish I eat is tuna from a can.
You can't beat swordfish on the grill in the summer. Restaurants always overcook it!

I have to agree with ya LPU. Sashimi and sea bass are great. I sometimes prefer a nice pan fried rainbow trout, or talapia as well. Salmon is always a good stand by option too. Put it on a cedar plank, or wrap it in foil with some herbs and its really quite tasty.

Salmon is my favourite you just can not beat it. Tuna (fresh) a close second.

It's such a toss-up between these two. I eat salmon the most. But pretty much nothing beats fresh, raw yellow tail. I mean so fresh that it had just stopping breathing before eating it. Gross, you'd think...but OMG it was heaven.

So yellow tail is like the Rolls Royce of Sushi then? So, what's the difference between Yellow tail and Ahi (regular sushi) tuna?

I dont like eating most fish. The bones freak me out. So, I can eat tuna from a can, but since that's mixed with mayo most of the time, I dont bother. I'm just not a seafood person.
But I WILL eat smoked salmon if its there, lol. But only a little bit because after a while it tastes way too fishy.

Tuna is the only fish I eat. If I eat fish and get one little bone, I'm done with it.

I know this is ridiculous, but i was in college before i found out that tuna are actually very large fish. I spent a semester studying on the Shoal Islands in the Gulf of Maine, and our first day there, we were waiting on the mainland for the boat to pick us up. I wandered into a bait shop on the docks and there was a huge stuffed tuna up on the wall.
Imagine my surprise that tuna are not the size of the can they come in.
