Wow thanks for that... Hadn't seen it. She is certainly turning into my #2 woman on the show behind Claire of course.

In real life she seems extremly cool and care-free, and I thought it was funny to see how into the show Jimmy is. I know I have heard the Ben and Charlotte working together theory many times and even thought about it myself but not until I re-watched the episode and for him to admit he thought that right away shows how into the show he realy is. He mentions already seeing the new episode to her for that week so I guess he gets to see the shows sometime before they actually air. I am sure it is on a movie sized screen as well. As far as perks go (besides the money and fame) I think that would be up at the top of the list for me as far as hosting a late night show for ABC goes!
