Aaron is Aaron for sure?

We keep saying that Kate is now caring for Claire's Aaron, but do we know it's not just Kate's own baby which she named Aaron after Claire's kid?

I guess it would depend on just how far into the future the flashforward is. I thought there was a line in a synopsis somewhere where Kate said that she wasn't pregnant, though I don't remember for sure. We'll probably know more after the episode tomorrow night when we see where in the timeline it is.

I have had this same thought, and with the time delay theories who knows it could be her kid, I am more to believe it is Claire's Aaron. Also I had this thought if it is suppose to be Kate's baby, who is she claiming is the father????

A dead Sawyer on Island (cant be that one with the cover up), Jack, older dude who she saves in Australia in her flashback, maybe she says she doesn't know who the father is
