Episode Description:

Kate's need to get information out of the hostage may jeopardize her standing with Locke -- as well as with Sawyer .

I'm from the Philippines, I speak Tagalog. English is my second language, I'm quite good with it.

When I went to Korea, I learned Korean in about a week. I was able to communicate a bit.

You can judge how far into the future by Jack's physical state and relative sobriety. Her lawyer said she had been free awaiting trial which could be at least a year from the time they returned home. She is pregnant on the island, had the baby awaiting trial and by the time she sees Jack at the airport, after the "unknown's" funeral the baby would be about 4 and she needed to get home to him.

I agree, that was way too corny. She should of just assumed when he said "you get Ben for me and I'll tell you all I know about you", that he obviously knew! What does it matter anyway to her?? She knows when she goes back she'll be facing charges. I don't get why she doesn't opt to stay on the island, but maybe it has something to do with "Him"...meaning her son/Aaron. Maybe she needs to get him off the island so risks going back to get him away from there.

I got the feeling from the lawyer's request that the son was going to be on the stand. Thus the son would probably need to do more than drool (although they do look cute doing so). If the son was from before, then Kate would have abandoned said son... and that wouldn't work well at a trial. Aaron would be 3 or 4... so that would be about right.

Best episode of this season yet. I enjoy the episodes like these that blend the drama and the character development with a few reveals as opposed to the ones that are strewn with shock and OMG and WTF moments.

What was up with the Season 2 rehash of Locke and Ben. Every time Ben pisses him off Locke throws some dishes right outside the door where Ben can hear him. He may as well just yell "Hey it worked you got under my skin!!!" for good measure.

I have to say I was disappointed in this episode. First, it was obvious from the last episode of S3 that Kate was referring to a child, and as this season progressed, it was pretty clear they were leading that to be Aaron. It would have been SO much better if they hadn't alluded to her having a "man" in her life, and had this episode end with her coming home to Aaron without any mention of a child at all. THAT would have been a kickass surprise.

I'm actually rather disappointed that Kate made it off the island... and now she's clear of all her charges... its just a little "let's wrap this up in a neat little package" for me. Hopefully next week's episode will regain some of the momentum begun by the previous 3.

Oh the scenerio's of what happens to Claire. I agree with the one poster...

Maybe only 6 of them can get off the island by some sort of deal or maybe there isn't enough room or whatever and Claire asks Kate to take Aaron.

However, I always thought Claire and Aaron would got off the island together. So maybe something happened to Claire shortly after getting back home. Maybe there was the Oceanic 7 but something happened to her so now there is just 6. But I tend to guess it's the former and only Aaron gets off the island with Kate.

I doubt Kate "stole" Aaron because if she did... he was most likely an infant at the time and she could easily have changed his name. (They are all lying about everything else!) You know? It's not like infant Aaron knew his name...

There is always the vision Desmond had - Claire and Aaron being rescued by a helicopter. Makes you wonder if Desmond saw things wrong/something happens to make it Kate and Aaron being rescued by a helicopter.

LOVE THE TWIST! So in Jack's flash-forward episode, Kate had to get back to Aaron!

Actually, if you think about it, Claire sending Aaron back might make some sense. He could live a (relatively) normal life. And if Claire sent him back, then it's only logical to have Kate pose as his mother. And no wonder Jack doesn't want to see him. They're like... related! A wonder they haven't come back to THAT storyline...

Makes you wonder how much of the actions they take after the island were planned ahead of time. The lies Jack told were clearly set up and oft-repeated, in an effort to get Kate off the hook. Heck, they might even have guessed that Kate's mom would have a change of heart because of the baby.

I wonder if Ben is keeping somebody away from some of their fortune? Clearly he has ready access to vast resources; but are they his?

What's wrong with Faraday's memory? And is he on the island to regain his memory? Was he chosen because he's a scientist WITH an illness?

Kate can be really naive. Probably her fatal character flaw, as Sawyer pointed out. Of course the people on the freighter new about her. If they have a flight manifest, they'll at least know she's a prisoner.
