Is Charlie "Infected" with the disease?

Disease, virus....whatever it is...could Charlie be infected with it now that he has been in contact with Ethan (& presumably the others) for an extended period of time.

Could Charlie be the catalyst that now infects the rest of the plane survivors?

My thoughts exactly, but I sure hope not! I'm not sure I could bare it if Charlie became a ghost of his normal self.

If that's the case, would Claire, Locke, and Boone be the only ones left? I doubt they could do that. If they all got infected, where could the show go?

well if charlie got the "disease" from ethan, then everyone of the survivors who came in contact with ethan would have the disease already. He was helping Locke hunt so anyone who ate the food that he touched would also be infected.

In response to Claire, Locke and Boone being the only ones left...I'd say Locke is out because he hunted with Ethan, and then Claire because she is still with him (supposedly..). So Boone's the only one left. Haha, well unless the food thing is true in which no one would be left.

This "disease" you all talk about imo is Ethan being stuck on that island for 16 years and having zero outside entertainment. That equals one to tear away from the norm spectrum and do things out of the ordinary...like go crazy.

I feel that Charlie is suffering from post traumatic syndrom. I don't think he has "the island fever" yet, but I supposed it's possible, JJ Abrahms likes to keep us on our mental toes. ;)
