Hey, if Keamy can get one, why not this new character, Plaire.

Yes, Lostaway, what are you doing making a fanclub for Claire when she has her own sub-forum?

The answer is easy. It is my (and other's) Theroy, That Claire is being possessed by another spirit. Claire has an innocence to her, Claire can't pull off a evil inticing sexy smile. Plaire can.

But Lostaway, I thought you were honest, and decent and wouldn't cheat on Claire? Why are you betraying her?

Me? Betray Claire? never. Though, I can look and admire.

What is the point of this thread?
To admire Plaire and her storyline of Jacobs love shack. Okay, so that sounded wrong. No way I'm going to retype it. But I think Plaire will have a good role in the upcoming episodes.

Wouldn't it be great. If Claire was possessed until the last few episodes, then she get's reunited with Aaron and the evil demon inside of her vanished with love? Yes. Too cheesey.


But I like where this is going, maybe she won't die. Hopefully, she's not already dead (I swear to god, after getting my hopes up that she lives I may just have to end up like SgtDraino and Truff and their anger with TPTB for killing off Danille).


Because I have good reason to think that Miles saw "ghosts" warming up to Claire, maybe he knew she would be possessed. It's hard to think unless we get his Point of view of it all and find out more about his ability.


Lostaway, why can't you get over your new obsession with Claire, what's next, Glaire?
Strangely, Glaire has already happened. But that's another story.


Why do you think Claire is being possessed?
Believe me when I say, That person in the shack, was NOT Claire. Claire would never leave Aaron no matter what happened. We saw her love for him countless times. It dosen't make sense. Also, Claire seems pure enough to actually be manipulated.

Also, I've seen movies were pure people are the ones who get seduced by mad men and end up being sacrificed to a higher entity. (Just putting that out there)

Who would Possess such an Angel?
It's hard to know. Maybe It's Nikki. Maybe, It's Carole Littleon (Claire's Mother), Maybe it's Annie. (Sorry RangerMel, Just had to throw that out)

Christian is persuasive guy, maybe he convinced Claire to make a sacrifice and renounce the world (give up her only possession, Aaron). as a result she finds some kind of enlightenment and calm - maybe a glimpse into the probable future and sees a good life for Aaron (and a future re-uniting). she certainly seemed happy in the cabin - and has patched it up with Christian.

I just actually found this thread Lostaway and love it. This could become my 2nd favorite character and depending on how the rest of this Lost story turns out maybe Plaire becomes my new #1 or possibly a tie with the original island angel Claire...

Just gotta add my two cents on Claire. I love her accent and her pretty sunny face. She is like an angel. I love her honesty about how she doesn't think she'll make a very good mom.
Despite being traumatized by the Others (bastard Ethan) kidnapped and injected, and despite having her baby in a friggen' JUNGLE with the ever competent Kate helping, Claire comes through it all with flying colors. I loved how Charlie took care of her and the baby and despite losing Charlie, Claire soldiers on. No break down, just "what's next".
I was really really disappointed when she died, especially cuz we didn't get to see HOW for pete's sake! When I saw her in the cabin with her dead father, I figured she was dead. If she was alive she wouldn't have been all knowing and calm, is my theory for now. I miss her.

Interesting... A calm possesion! She did warn Kate in ghost form to "Don't you dare bring Aaron back" or something of that nature, so that does go with your theory of her being rewarded for doing the right thing which was to get Aaron off the island, but still confused on why she couldn't have pulled that feet off on her own and been the Oceanic 7... Wouldn't be as cool of a story line I'm sure, but makes me sad as we have seen nothing of Claire (Sorry Plaire) this season so far. Possesion is very viable and Lostaway the more I think about it the more I'm with you on it. I just don't know if it was evil or good possesion, whatever that means!
