Ditto for me. He was really good, so that you could see Charlie's misery throughout every scene. I'm really proud that his episode, which was heavily promoted on ABC, turned out to be the highest-rated one since the premiere! It's gotta be because of Dom!

I just needed to squee a little about how Dom proved Damon right in "Fire and Water"... :D and that's apart from looking incredibly :itmdrool:-worthy topless... especially holding Aaron, all wet and... GUH!

But *ahem* to get back to my point, Dom IS ridiculously good in this episode! He's one of those actors who can convey so much with just a look, and he does angst very very well (which I already knew from Monsignor Renard). I can't wait to see where they're going with Charlie now! :hyper:

Chris it looks like we are in the minority who like Charlie here LOL!! Dom is great!!! Hey he gets people talking about him either they love him or hate him, its better than not getting any notice or credit at all.

I'm with you, Cincy. Basically, I think the main problem is that people transfer their feelings about the character to his place in the show. Yes, Charlie is self-centered, irritating, clingy, hasty, etc. etc. at times. But what I enjoy is watching this character develop. I think Dom is a terrific actor, and I'm always interested to see how he and the writers keep Charlie so fascinating (though that word is relative, and I'm sure many here disagree w/ what is "fascinating". Oh well, to each his own).
