I don't know if anyone has posted this out but I was wondering how she is still pregnant because if you remember her water right broke before her and charlie were kidnapped. I know that your water can break and you still be pregnant a few days after your water breaks but Jack said her and the baby seemed to be healthy but you have to wonder it can happen but what are the chances and you have to factor in her escape. So how could she have escaped being in the condition she was in ( as Sayid has pointed out) and also no memory. It also appeared that Ethan had been in a fight with someone else, notice the scratches on his face, wonder did "Claire" do that to him before she escaped? Just wondering if anyone has any thoughts on that?
