Comic Con 2008 has released their full schedule of what to expect, and where to attend the panel of your choosing, at their 4-day 2008 edition. Of course, we’re only concern about Heroes here, so head on below to find out where you’ll be able to catch the Heroes cast, including getting an “exclusive first look” at the upcoming Heroes Season 3. The Heroes panel will be held at Hall H on Saturday, July 26, and run from 10:45 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. After the sneak peak at the upcoming “Villains” volume, the cast and crew will host a panel Q&A with the attending fans.

Heroes Rocks Comic-Con

Time for the Heroes panel! Hollllaaaaaaah!
And crazy enough, it was shockingly easy to get in to Hall H this morning at San Diego’s Comic-Con. (If you happen to have two slaves who’ve kindly offered to sleep on a cold, cement slab all night, waiting in “line”…Check out the photos at bottom for proof of why I would give my staff a vital organ if they asked…Wait, does an eyelash count as a vital organ?)

Who did we see? Who didn’t we see. Amazingly, the entire cast was there. What did we see? What didn’t we see? For starters, we saw the first hour of the season premiere, and here are the goodies…

The Season Premiere Got a Standing O: Okay, not every single person in the room leapt to their feet when the screening of the first hour of the two-hour season premiere concluded, but the response was overwhelmingly positive among the crowd. The first hour, truth told, felt and looked like a movie, and the following sounds were heard from the crowd: “Yeahhhh!!! Whooo!! Oh my god oh my god oh my god!! Duck!!! Noo!!! Get him!!


What??! Are you kidding me?!! Oh holy f--k!” and a whole lot of laughter.
What I’m saying is, you have every reason to look forward to the season premiere this September, because Heroes is 100 percent back and, I venture to say, perhaps as good as before, if not better than ever. If you don’t believe me, ask anyone who was there.

There was very little time for fan questions with the cast, but we did capture a little video for you (stand by, it’s coming soon!) and here are the highlights from the fan Q's...

Jack Coleman: “Fantastico!”

Favorite announcement: According to executive producer Jeff Loeb, the unseen episodes from season two will be on the Heroes season two DVD.

Favorite moment: Cutest kid ever stood up at the mic to say: “Sylo, you are awesome!!! You’re the best Hero in the whole series!!” When later asked a Sylar question (coming soon to this site via video!) Zachary Quintoo.” Awesome.

Just got done with the Heroes Panel!! FREAKING AMAZING!
I didn't get to ask my question *POUT* and I begged and begged and begged. No such luck. Milo is signing in a few minutes so I'm gonna try again!!

ANYWHO they showed the first episode of Heroes season 3!!
MAJOR SPOILERS ALERT!! MAJOR!

--SYLAR DOES NOT EAT BRAINS! Cool scene with him cutting into Claire's head, she's twitching and talking on the table and he's dissecting her to see how her ability works. She asks "are you going to eat my brains" and he leans over her and replies "Claire, that's disgusting." FREAKING HILARIOUS! Before that there was a long, SUPER SCARY scene in her house where he was following her around.

--NATHAN IS ALIVE. PETER shot him, future Peter. All to stop Claire from killing them or something, dude, I was confused. Linderman is back and healed Nathan. Future Peter is EVIL and sexy and AWESOME and causing tons of trouble. We find out mama Petrelli has a power concerning dreams.

--MOHINDER INJECTS HIMSELF WITH A DRUG that gives him super powers!! At the the end of the episode he is passed out and being mugged. He grabs the gun and breaks it in half, and he also does some awesome move to get up off the ground. Apparently he has more than one, or Monica's...I couldn't tell.

--FUTURE ANDO has powers!! There was a scene with him fighting Hiro and Ando shots red crap out of his hands and injures Hiro!!

SO NOW..SYLAR HAS CLAIRES ABILITY!! They showed him walking down a street with a red folder FULL of people with powers He's on the hunt.

I'm sure there's more that I forgot. Will post if I remember.
Off to get into the line for Milo. And below is a pic I took at the panel.

Nathan dies on hospital bed

We see Hiro with Ando in Japan hiro gets a random DVD from his dad
Sylar attacks Claire he is invisible to her
Maya is with mohinder he realizes the source of powers and wants re to get mad
Hiro and ando watch the DVD and his dad tells him never open the safe but he does
Then dad says I told you not to open and there is a secret formula to protect
Formula is chemistry but Daphne steals even after he stops time
Sweet graphics!

Peter looks for gun but Matt stops him
Future peter transports into peter and tells Matt that he had to stop Nathan because future is messed up
Tmakes Matt disappear
Nathan leaves the hospital but peter is following him to make sure that he does not tell the news reporter
Nathan does not. And peter does not shoot him
Back to mohinder and Maya nothing major
Sylar attacks Claire and gets her head cut open
Be is talking to Claire and playing with her brain!!
Asks if he is going to eat it and he says that's disgusting
He takes her powers and then saves her
Telling she is special that she can't die and neither can he now

Maya tells mohinder to destroy the formula he has
Peter and Nathan in hospital again nayhab says hand of god saved him
Linderman appears in his dream
Are niki with s politician but is Tracy now
Matt stuck in dessert
Hiro goes to the future and area ando with a super power and kills future hiro
Mohinder injects himself
Back at hospital Angela with Nathan
She can see the future via dreams!!
She knew what peter would future peter trapped peter uh a villain in level 5
We see Knox and other villains ends with mohinder with a power!!

I read it and actually didn't mind. I mean, they only showed the first hour at CC and we get a two-hour + clip show premiere!! :D Besides, I wanted to know everything that was going on with my Sy. XD

Well, if it actually gets posted on the internet, I'll watch it. I guess it would be more fun to watch it, rather than read about it, even if it spoils it, so to speak. You're right, it's only half of the season premiere.

I sorree. DX The ODI spoilers aren't very structured and the ones from Mabes have clearly the Sarmy influence on them. Here is the thread (http://boards.9thwonders.com/index.php?showtopic=64141) on the ComicCon stuff from 9th which is slightly better structured.

No I understood them fine. It's just that....

....how can Future scarface Peter be alive? They changed that future, so he never existed. Unless he can now travel from seperate dimensions. Man, this is going to be a confsuing season.

Ah, well . . .

Maybe Future Scarface Peter exists even without that first specific future being diverted? I mean . . . Sy apparently still kills Claire. It only happened later than anticipated in the first trip to the future. The scar could be from something that would have happened anyway regardless of the path to that point.

Yes, but...


...the reason Peter had the scar in the first place was because he never met Claire. Since he met Clair and obsorbed her powers now, he can't get the scar in the future because he would heal.....unless maybe the Hatian gives him the scar. Maybe he's hanging around the haitian and his body won't regenerate, and by the time he gets away, the scar is there. IDK, I'm just guessing here. I can't wait to see how it plays out.

I was confused where I was at for a second....

first hour sounds awesome.... This many Peter's is going to get confusing

Okay everyone. I have something here that is pretty darn awesome. I don't usually go to the ODI blog, but one of my friends in the Sarmy is friends with the guy who runs it. Anyway, she just told me that the first fifteen minutes of the first episode have been leaked online. ETA: Okay - I watched it and it was pretty cool. I can't wait to see it on our own screens!! :D Of course I squeed at the Sylar parts - because they just rocked like woah. It's too bad that the guy got caught - and that he didn't have the camera angled better, but it's still something. XD BTW, I saved it to my computer, so if it gets pulled (which it probably will) and it doesn't go back up, I have it. :D

Well, it wasn't the greatest, but now we know who shot Nathan. I have no idea what was happening with Hiro. So it would seem that when Nathan confessed that he could fly, the world turned against them or at least some did, and turned the future into an anti-hero world, which is why Peter has to go back. What's curious to me is still that scar. So he had the scar in the future when they didn't save the cheerleader and Nathan/Sylar became president and society was hunting heroes. And he also has the scar in the future when they do save the cheerleader and kill Sylar but Nathan confesses to being able to fly which turns the world agains the heroes. So I'm wondering now if maybe there was some experiment they did on Peter to give him the scar. Why didn't he heal though? he had obviously met Claire before. I confused.

To get him to have the scar maybe they killed Peter then somehow brought him back and as a result of that he had the scar because it was inflicted while dead?

Yeah, doesn't make sense to me either. :D I'm sure (at least I hope) they'll give us an explanation to these kinds of questions.
