According to the show he's COLONEL LOCKE.

... Ok now apparently he IS NOT a Colonel.. he is just a wanna be but it is very interesting this character is very intriquing.
.... someone named Helen is important to Locke.. maybe an ex wife?
.. well shes NOt an ex-wife.. she a phone sex operator or a pychic that he had grown accustomed to.
.. he has seen the monster.
..CRAP!! it was one of those gawddarn "non scene" scenes..... Locke comes out of the trees with a Boar. SO I guess he survived another epidode. YAH!!!:D
He was to go on a outback trip of somekind and was denied because of his wheel chair.. well the plane crashed and BAM !! He's not in a wheelchair anymore. He said he was in that condition for 4 yrs.
He is very persistent man.
As for his career.. I have no idea.. maybe a salesman of some kind? Why else would he have the knifes checked on the plane? Did i miss a part that clearly stated what Locke did for a living? If so someone clue me in.
