I watched "Raised by Another" again last night and noticed that when Claire thought she was attacked, she mentioned that she felt a needle stick into her stomach. Looking back at the episode with Sayid & Danielle, she injected him with something. It is odd that she would dream this, that is of course unless someone actually injected her with something....Perhaps it is a vaccine for whatever the "Sickness" is, or perhaps it is this virus. In any case, I think that Ethan was on the plane, but has something to do with the Psychic. Perhaps he was on the plane to make sure claire made it to California, or if the Psychic knew about the plane crash, perhaps Ethan is there to protect her. It seems that the episode previews always mislead you...

Jack said there was no puncture wound on her abdomen--but many viscious injections now go through the epidermis without a needle (one possibility if Claire was, as she claim, not dreaming)

Yes, I noticed. Actually, if you can watch in slo-mo you can see something that looks like a needle. It's out of focus in the foreground, but it's there. There's also a shot of a knife, and a split-second shot of some bizarre looking instrument with metal ridges on part of it. If you can freeze-frame it, do it. It's really weird looking.

This scene made me wonder if there was more than one person attacking Claire. It seems like too many different things for one person to hold, and be able to keep their other hand over Claire's mouth. Another thing that struck me in that scene was that the hand that covers Claire's mouth looks too old to be Ethan's hand (assuming Ethan is the attacker and it wasn't a dream).

I noticed that too. All a little bit too reminiscent of Scully's alien/military abduction for me, but I hope Lost is going in a different direction.
