Emilie De Ravin not being in the casting list means nothing of her ultimate fate. I don't care what you say. :mad:

I wasn't hopeful, but I was kind of relying that somebody would MENTION her. Seems like that is not yet to happen. It kind of makes the average Claire fan like me boil with rage and anger.

Oh well, I still say we'll find out what happened to her by the end of the season with all these time jumps. I just hope I'm not following a false trail of hope. Otherwise hell hath no fury of what I shall do.

well, she lives in right now in aaron. every time his icy blue accusing eyes look at kate, she dies a little bit inside. or something.

i think they're doing it on purpose. they are going to not talk about claire, and dance around the subject, until the whole thing just explodes all over the place.

If you really want to know, it's been widely publicized that:
Emilie will not be appearing at all in Season 5, but will be returning in Season 6. She is being paid a partial salary for Season 5 as a "retaining" fee.

If Claire were dead, they would have played it to the hilt and provided a body, a la Danielle and Karl. She was last seen acting all freakoid with Jacob and Christian, our busy dead people; I'm sure she's doing something freaky with them which shall be explained in due time. I don't think Walt's on the cast list, but am sure he will play a role at the end. (Why isn't he on Ben and Mrs. Faraday's list, by the by? Was he supposed to leave?)

I'm thinking instead of making millions of threads each week this will be my rant thread. It would prevent the mods from having to work on all my "I hate Kate" blah blah blah, threads.

So, this will be the base of my frustrations.

Starting with...

Our dear friend Jack.

What he was thinking is beyond me. Ben and Locke told him to leave now, and he still thought he had time to go back for Claire. Credits for Hurley for actually wanting to search for her, otherwise everyone would have forgotten. It seems Hurley is the only one in the oceanic 6 doing anything right, and guess what... he was in a mental home.

It's mostly the way Jack was only concerned when the matter was actually his problem. He only feels guilt because of the blood connection that was revealed from Carole. It just shows how shallow he really is, he only cares if it's to do with him. That's the sort of ego he has, always looking out for number one. Remember when he promised to get all of them off the Island? Remember when he wouldn't go down for Jin?

Mr. Me only looks out for himself.

I also have been having weird dreams about her. Where she's in this black rock and can't escape. Whatever that means, I'll never know.
