If it were a legit spoiler posted in the Spoilers forum, it's perfectly ok. that's what it's for.

Sigh. Read the thread all the way - it's not a spoiler, or even a "serious" theory. Apparently it was an IMDB forum post that someone Kades copied here. The original forum post was from a highly talented troll, who apparently suckered in half the regular posters and even got his brother (posing as someone who went to school with the actor who plays Walt's brother, or something) to chip in with the odd bit of corroborating "evidence".

Eventually he admitted it was all a hoax. The theory itself was also incredibly lame, and, as presented, would have wrapped up the Lost storyline by about mid-way through season 3 (contradicting TPTB who've repeatedly said they've got 5 of 6 seasons of storyline ready).

It also didn't account for the Black Rock, although he apparently covered this in a later "Oh, erm, yeah. Tsunami... honest" post.

We should really stop feeding the Trolls now, even by proxy. :lol

ETA: Please leave it where it is, optionally renamed to "[Admitted hoax] Spoiler & Speculation:...". Don't dignify or validate it by moving it to Spoilers.
